Indian Wedding Photography
I have found that today’s brides, Indian or not, want their wedding photos to reflect the age they are growing up in. The rigid, posed, sad-looking bride photos seem to be giving way to images that capture all the bright colours, smiles, beauty and tradition that lend so much more impact and uniqueness to your wedding day. Of course the important events need to be captured clearly, but why not capture them with some flair and style? This is what I aim to capture in every Indian wedding I photograph.
Having photographed dozens of Indian weddings and functions and being of an Indian background, I have an in-depth understanding of the rituals and traditions of an Indian wedding ceremony. I have photographed many Hindu, Muslim, Pakistani and Lebanese weddings and functions, including many Bharatanatyam Arangetram dance performances.
